SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Return Policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 10-14 days business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. * Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Addresses:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct upon checkout. If you notice that the address is wrong after checkout, please email us at: Echelonthehairoutlet@gmail.com

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

EchelonTheHairOutlet.com. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

RETURN POLICY

to ensure transparency and clarity in our transactions, we have established a firm no return policy.

Please review the following terms before making a purchase:

 

All Sales Final:

Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not entertain returns or exchanges.

We take pride in delivering high-quality hair extensions. Prior to shipping, each product undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our standards.

 

​Authenticity and Hygiene:

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns once the product packaging has been opened or tampered with.

INCORRECT ORDERS:

In the rare event that you receive a INCORRECT ORDER. please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will work to promptly address the issue.

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
